I told you to keep your eyes peeled on Chris Brown’s sentencing? Well, finally, here’s the news we’ve been waiting for: Chris was recently sentenced for the assault charges against Rihanna.

According to the terms of the sentence given to Chris, the 20-year old …

• is under probation for felony for 5 years.

• has to complete a domestic violence program for 52 weeks.

• must render 180 days of community service in Virginia, where his family is originally from.

Rihanna’s always snapped dining in NYC restaurant Da Silvano. Whether it’s the food, the ambiance, or the company that makes her return again and again to Da Silvano, one thing is clear - she’s never been snapped wining and dining looking anything less than smashing.

Earlier that day, RiRi wore the same outfit to shop at Barney’s. Yep, you read that right. Chris Brown’s sentence has been postponed til the 27th of August, at 2 in the afternoon. The reason for the delay?

According to the judge, she wants Brown to perform hard labor - that is, Caltrans type of work - as his community service. The original community service which should have been served in Virginia was not fully set in place, so the judge asked to see the full schedule by month end.
