Rihanna’s always snapped dining in NYC restaurant Da Silvano. Whether it’s the food, the ambiance, or the company that makes her return again and again to Da Silvano, one thing is clear - she’s never been snapped wining and dining looking anything less than smashing.

Earlier that day, RiRi wore the same outfit to shop at Barney’s. No, the cops did not steal RiRi’s jewelry. But they do have three rings and a pair of earrings that they classified as evidence of that night Rihanna was allegedly assaulted by Chris Brown.

According to reports, the $1.4 million worth of jewels do not actually belong to Rihanna. They were loaned to her by four companies so she could wear them to the pre-Grammy party.

A few days back, we wrote that some people have asked Nickelodeon to remove Rihanna and Chris Brown OFF the Kids’ Choice Awards.

Nick said no, of course. What’s 5,000 signatures or so, after all, compared to the massive publicity a Chris Brown and Rihanna appearance will give the already highly publicized event? But Chris Brown’s camp seems to have paid attention to the story.

Now, Chris Brown himself has asked to be taken off the list of nominees.
