She actually bought the dress in a boutique in Casablanca, few hours before performing. Her luggage did not arrive in time from Nigeria (concert 11th july), so she went shopping in Casablanca streets.

i was there with some friends, it was the best show we have ever attended to before!And she is as beatiful in reality than on TV!!
ps: it was the 12th july not 15th
