Believe it. Rihanna is being sued and she’s being sued alongside Michael Jackson.

The charges were filed on February 3, in a Paris court.

African singer Manu Dibango filed complaints against the two because he is upset Rihanna borrowed a portion of Michael’s 1983 single, “Wanna Be Startin’ Something” without asking his permission. According to Manu, Michael had asked him for permission to use part of his 1972 track “Soul Makossa”. But permission was given to Michael, not Rihanna.
